A Journey Awaits
The Proposition
01
We Open Our Hearts and Minds
We re-examine our understanding of the Catholic Church, shifting from seeing it as rules imposed to truths proposed, shifting from prioritizing behavioural management to striving to surrender our hearts to the Lord, and shifting from seeing the Church as an inventor of truth being the upholder of truth, in particular the upholder of truths written into visible/invisible creation, evidenced in nature itself.
02
We Accept and Embrace
We embrace the difficulty of examining/re-adjusting our mindsets to accept a new understanding of the Church and Her authority with regard to both visible and invisible aspects of nature, including the spiritual realm(s). Likewise, we accept the Church’s definitions of words and phrases, and shift from “wrestling with the Church’s teaching” to trusting the Church’s teachings, while recognizing that teachings related to pastoral matters need to be considered distinct from teachings related to that which God has authored into nature, and that those teachings about what has been authored into nature will never be reversed, but rather will only be made more precise.
03
We Integrate and Participate
We move forward, understanding ourselves not only through our past but also through the redemptive, perfect, and infinite love of Jesus Christ. We acknowledge the realities of our experiences but open our hearts to the transformative power of God, knowing that He has, from the beginning, written beautiful, holy, and virtuous vocational possibilities for us all, and that these will require our cooperation, for growing in the fullness of virtue and holiness must be striven for. We embrace the truth that preparation in this way is the pathway to maximal joy experienced, regardless of whether or not we enter into holy vocation of marriage to the Church or to an opposite-sex spouse, which we now properly recognize as real possibilities for our lives. Further, we open our hearts to preparing for holy and virtuous motherhood and fatherhood, knowing that it is possible for us within holy marriage, and that it is also necessary for us to exercise holy motherliness and holy fatherliness</> in our everyday being. In this, we can integrate within healthy and holy communities within which we can find mentors who can help us continue to flourish to the point where we can eventually become leaders within these virtuous communities, with heightened responsibilities, all for the Glory of God. In doing so, we create spaces for others to find the beauty and richness of holy and virtuous communities and mentorship opportunities, while radiating a greater gravitas that will hopefully inspire others to also expand their imaginations of what is possible when we place our trust in God.

“Helped Me Find Freedom”
You have helped me find freedom. I have broken free of thinking that I was destined to never become a husband to a wife one day.

“I was simply searching for friendship”
I am in my 60s and God helped me see, through your work, that all these years I thought I was gay, but I was simply searching for friendship.

“Not Angry Anymore”
For years I had a wall built around my heart, and I was filled with rage and hatred. The pursuit of chastity, and the love of people walking alongside me in that pursuit, has brought that wall tumbling down. I am no longer filled with rage and hatred, though I do still struggle with anger sometimes. Through the pursuit of chastity, joy and peace have taken the place of hatred and rage.

Have Questions?
Frequently Asked
Questions
Q1: Is this “conversion therapy”?
No, but it is about striving to surrender our hearts more and more to Jesus Christ and expanding imaginations about what may be possible. People can choose to do whatever they want to do.
Q3: Is this another “Side B” group?
No, but it may appeal to a number of people who embrace a “Side-B” mindset. In fact, this mission was actually borne out of the hope for something more beautiful than what we, who used to embrace a “Side B” mindset, had been brought to believe about ourselves (and our destinies). Today, we know that holy and virtuous marriage to the Church or an opposite-sex spouse is a real possibility, but we were not given an opportunity to discover that potential reality within other groups or online spaces (including “Side B” spaces).
Q5: Is this about erasing “LGBTQ+ people”?
No, but it is providing space for people with LGBTQ+ experiences to understand that they are not bound by those experiences, feelings, desires, attractions, appetites, and or inclinations forever, and, that if they are dissatisfied because of the belief that they are forever excluded from holy vocations, they can find hope in pursuing a heart of chastity which may reveal something more beautiful than what the “Gay and Catholic” mindset can offer.
Q2: Are you promising marriage?
No, but this is about opening our hearts and minds to that possibility, and then recognizing that we are responsible for preparing for that potential reality. The focus on preparation for holy marriage is key because not everyone is going to get married, although everyone can become engaged in the journey of holy and virtuous preparation.
Q4: Is this behavior suppression?
No, but it is about how when we surrender our hearts to Jesus, He transforms our overall desires and re-shapes our perspectives with regard to how we ought to move forward in our lives. Overall, as people begin to see that path for themselves differently (in any context), they tend to adjust their behavioral patterns to be more in alignment with their goals. If some desire to strive to live a life of virtue and holiness, we feel that that should be supported. If people want to interpret that as “behavior suppression,” there is nothing we can do about that.
Q6: Is this about condemning “LGBTQ+ people”?
No, but it is about respecting the dignity and worth of all persons to the point of allowing them to see that a life after LGBTQ+ is possible, and not only that, can be a life of great joy.
